Lisa Lesofski, RPR, grew up in Bozeman, Montana. She graduated from Green River Community College in 1993 with her Associate in Applied Sciences degree in court reporting. Seattle was a great place to visit but immediately upon graduation she returned to Montana and moved to Helena. She has been a freelance reporter since 1993 and has owned her own business since​​​​ 1999.

Ms. Lesofski is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and also the Montana Court Reporters Association, where she is on the freelance committee. She has federal court clearance.
